Bad Apple LLC: Terms and Conditions for Last Minute Review Courses

The Last-Minute Review Courses are offered live via Webinar on specific dates and times.

Last Minute Review Course sessions may be delivered through communication technologies including but not limited to Zoom, AdobeConnect, WebEx, or other platforms where recording may be enabled by the instructors or coaches (collectively referred to as "host(s)"). You will receive a notification (visual or otherwise) when recording is enabled during a client session. By participating, you consent to the recording of any involvement you choose to engage in during the session (e.g., chats, texts, conversations, shared screen time). These recordings may be made available to other students attending the review courses for instructional purposes, used for promotional material, used internally for quality assurance and training, or for other internal purposes as determined by Bad Apple LLC.

It is strictly prohibited for clients to record video, audio, or in any other way capture, share, reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content from the Last-Minute Review Courses without explicit permission.

Bad Apple LLC is not responsible for any missed session time caused by the removal of a client from the class due to an inability to verify the clients’s name.

Bad Apple LLC is not responsible for any missed session time caused by joining the session late, being placed in the waiting room, or internet issues.

Clients are responsible for checking their emails to ensure that they have scheduled the session (or sessions) and have received the Webniar link to join the session (or sessions).

Upon purchasing a package, you will be granted access to attend the live review sessions included in that specific package.

Access to the session is limited to the scheduled dates and times of the live review sessions included in your selected package.

Please note that while we strive to adhere to the scheduled session times, there may be occasions where additional content or client engagement may extend the duration of a session. We ask clients to allocate an additional 15-30 minutes beyond the scheduled end time to accommodate any extended discussions. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in these instances to ensure that all pertinent information is thoroughly covered.

Refund Policy

All fees paid for Bad Apple LLC’s Last Minute Review Courses, are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and cannot be changed or forwarded to a different date.

Refunds will not be issued if a client decides to cancel a session.

Clients are responsible for reviewing the schedule online before purchasing to ensure the availability of the session (or sessions) they wish to attend.

Clients are also responsible for providing an accurate email address so they can receive important information related to the session, such as receipt emails and Webinar meeting links after scheduling.

In the event that a session is cancelled or rescheduled by Bad Apple LLC, all registered clients will be notified promptly before the scheduled session date using the email or phone contact provided by the client when signing up for the session. The email on file will be used for communication. Clients will then have the option to enroll in the next available offering of the course or cancel the registration for a 100% refund.

The client understands and agrees that Bad Apple LLC and its employees and contractors shall not be held responsible for any costs, including but not limited to loss of airfare, transportation costs, hotel expenses, or any other damages or costs incurred by the client in the event that a session is cancelled or rescheduled.
